Itinerary
DAY 1: NEW YORK/ZAGREB
Depart on an international overnight flight to Zagreb, Croatia. Dinner and breakfast are served on board.
Day 2: ZAGREB
Upon arrival in Zagreb, we are greeted by our Tour Escort, and next board our deluxe motorcoach for transfer to our hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure to rest or explore the city on our own. Dinner and overnight in Zagreb. (D)
DAY 3: ZAGREB
We start the day with a walking tour with a local guide to see the most famous monuments of the capital of Croatia. After the lunch break, we celebrate a Mass in the Cathedral dedicated to the Assumption of Mary (subject to confirmation). The rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Zagreb. (B/D)
DAY 4: ZAGREB/MARIJA BISTRICA/RIJEKA
After breakfast we depart for Rijeka. The stop for the day is in the village Marija Bistrica where we visit the famous Marian shrine of the Black Madonna. Upon arrival in Rijeka, we enjoy a panoramic tour of the city. Dinner and overnight in Rijeka. (B/D)
DAY 5: RIJEKA/TROGIR
In the morning we head for Trogir. Upon arrival, we enjoy a walking tour in the historical part of the city and celebrate a Mass in The Cathedral of St. Lawrence (subject to confirmation). Dinner and overnight in Trogir. (B/D)
DAY 6: TROGIR/MEDJUGORJE
Today we travel to famous Medjugorje. Upon arrival, we have a guided tour of the village and the Sanctuary of Our Lady Queen of Peace. Dinner and overnight in Medjugorje. (B/D)
DAY 7: MEDJUGORJE/APPARITION MOUNTAIN/MEDJUGORJE
After breakfast we travel to Majcino Selo (The Mother’s Village). The institution was created for the education and protection of the children that need a home. We celebrate a Mass at the local church. Dinner and overnight in Medjugorje. (B/D)
DAY 8: MEDJUGORJE/ SPLIT
After breakfast we check-out and depart for Split. We enjoy a walking tour to explore the rich culture and the history of the city. Dinner and overnight in Split. (B/D)
DAY 9: SPLIT/NEW YORK
After breakfast, we transfer to the airport for our flight back home arriving the same day. (B)
