Itinerary
DAY 1 – NEW YORK / TIRANA
Depart New York on our overnight flight to Tirana, Albania.
DAY 2 – TIRANA
Arrive in Tirana and enjoy an introductory orientation of Albania’s vibrant capital.
DAY 3 – TIRANA / ELBASAN / OHRID
Visit important sites connected to Saint Mother Teresa in Tirana before traveling through Elbasan to Ohrid, North Macedonia.
DAY 4 – OHRID / SKOPJE
Explore Ohrid, the “Jerusalem of the Balkans,” including its historic churches and UNESCO-listed treasures, then continue to Skopje.
DAY 5 – SKOPJE / PRIZREN
Discover Skopje, birthplace of Saint Mother Teresa, including the Memorial House and historic Old Bazaar, before traveling to Prizren, Kosovo.
DAY 6 – PRIZREN / SHKODER
Tour Prizren and continue to Shkoder, visiting important Catholic sites along the way.
DAY 7 – SHKODER / PODGORICA
Explore Shkoder, connected to the family roots of Saint Mother Teresa, before traveling to Podgorica, Montenegro.
DAY 8 – PODGORICA / MEDJUGORJE
Journey to Medjugorje and participate in the spiritual program at the Shrine of Our Lady Queen of Peace.
DAY 9 – MEDJUGORJE / APPARITION HILL
Visit Mother’s Village and pray at Apparition Hill in Medjugorje.
DAY 10 – MEDJUGORJE / NEW YORK
Transfer to the airport for your return flight home with lasting spiritual memories.
