Blue Army Cleveland: 9 Day Journey to Portugal and Spain with Fr. Richard Bona

The World Apostolate of Fatima, Cleveland Division ~ Our Lady's Blue Army and Father Richard Bona invite you to join us for a pilgrimage to Fatima and other shrines and religious places in Portugal and Spain. Pilgrimage is an ancient Christian practice to visit sacred places often associated with the resting place of great fi gures of Christianity or approved apparitions of Jesus Christ, the Blessed Mother and other saints. The goal is to use traveling and time spent in sacred places for prayer, doing repentance, adore Jesus Christ and ask the intercession of the saints for heavenly graces for ourselves and our loved ones. Join us in this spiritual journey as we honor our Lord, the Blessed Mother and the Saints.

Day 1 Nov 4th, Cleveland

The road is lined with vineyards and fragrant eucalyptus groves. Our fi rst stop will be the Cathedral of St. James to celebrate Mass. After Mass we will walk behind the altar and tradition says,” we must hug” the dazzling statue of St. James before we descend into the crypt to see the relics of St. James known as the Patron Saint of Pilgrims.
